A new warehouse venue at Thames Wharf in the Royal Docks that opened on 3 October 2026, developed by events company LWE with PROJEKT. Its first season runs to 1 November 2026, mostly as afternoon-to-evening shows.
- Size
Press reports give 7,000 capacity for the warehouse, which also has an open-air terrace beside the Thames.
- Getting there
Canning Town (Jubilee line and DLR) is about 15 minutes on foot and Custom House about 18. Walking routes use busy roads around Silvertown Way; follow stewards.
- Parking
No customer parking apart from Blue Badge spaces requested in advance. Taxi pick-up is signed off Dock Road via Silvertown Way. There is no bike parking.
- Access
An application form gives access to a viewing platform, accessible toilets and a free personal assistant ticket. Parts of the site have uneven ground.
