Know the room

A Bushwick music complex at 599 Johnson Avenue that books both concerts and club nights, with a main hall, smaller rooms and a rooftop.

Size: Time Out puts the main room at 700 people. There is also a smaller side room, a second larger space and a rooftop deck.
Getting there: About five minutes on foot from Jefferson St on the L, or ten from Morgan Av.
Before you go: Bring a scannable US government photo ID; visitors from abroad must bring a passport, because other foreign IDs are refused. Copies and expired IDs are not accepted. Bag checks become mandatory on busy nights; empty refillable bottles are fine.
Arrival: Usually closes around 4am on Fridays and Saturdays. DJs play from doors, with live acts about 30 minutes later.
Access: Wheelchair accessible throughout, rooftop included, though some lift access needs a staff escort.
