X CLUB. are Ben Clarke and Jesse Morath, a dance-production duo who came up in Brisbane. Their music draws on early-90s techno and drum and bass, with groove at the centre. They run the label Hide The Junk, and their records have come out on Steel City Dance Discs, Lobster Theremin and StayOnSight.
Show history from Resident Advisor.
The venue
A largely open-air event site on Contactweg in the western port area, running separate day and night programmes across its Tempel, Loods and Circus stages. In winter every stage is covered and heated.
Almost the whole site is paved and every stage is wheelchair accessible. The accessible toilet is opposite the first-aid post.
