Radio Slave is the main alias of the UK-born DJ and producer Matt Edwards, who plays house and disco. Edwards and Serge Santiágo launched it in 2000 to remix other people's tracks, and Edwards carried it on alone. He founded the labels Rekid in 2004 and Rekids in 2006, and his records have also come out on Ostgut Ton, Soul Jazz and Buzzin Fly.
